Results of the survey

We are pleased to share with you the results of the recent HR Cosmos survey. We take your input and suggestions to heart and are happy to share the findings with you.

Many thanks to all those who took part in the survey. We are happy that HR Cosmos generates a positive resonance and has become established as a reliable platform for all HR-related questions with many members of the community. This is of course only possible thanks to the commitment of the members. We would therefore like to thank all those people who have the courage to share their knowledge with others and never tire of addressing the community's questions. We are taking your inputs and suggestions on board and it is now our pleasure to share the insights gained from them.

Take aways
  • The exchange of knowledge works very well thanks to the exertions of diligent members, and the answers are perceived as very helpful and well founded. Please remember that it takes some time to write these answers and that people with their knowledge and commitment are always behind them. We like to uphold social and respectful behaviour even on the anonymous web. For this reason, the respondents also appreciate every "thank you" in addition to a good rating, in the same way as we would do in face-to-face communication.
  • We have received some suggestions on improvements to quality of life that relate mainly to functions such as filters and settings. We are reviewing these and will implement them according to their feasibility and urgency.
  • The content of the webinars should not only contain inspiring and future-oriented content, but also be more practical again. We will therefore make every effort in future to also offer webinars that are clearly related to practice. An important and definitely helpful step is our closer collaboration with the Swiss HR Academy. This is another way for us to give the community the benefit of sound practical knowledge.
  • Going forward, webinars will be held around lunchtime whenever possible, between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm. In the foreseeable future and when circumstances permit, we want to use the time after 4.00 pm to revive social events and aperitif receptions.
